ReplyDeleteI've read before that chewing was the key for many concentration camps survivors. Those that chewed 100 times were more likely to survive than those who merely devoured their food. I assume it's a combination between diminishing appetite and digestive assistance.
However chewing anything 100 times is a very difficult thing to do, so I just try and chew more...
