Slower = Slimmer

    I've read before that chewing was the key for many concentration camps survivors. Those that chewed 100 times were more likely to survive than those who merely devoured their food. I assume it's a combination between diminishing appetite and digestive assistance.

    However chewing anything 100 times is a very difficult thing to do, so I just try and chew more...
